“Think positive and positive things are going to happen.”

“Visualize your dream and it’s going to come to pass as you see it.”

This is common advice that motivational speakers give, but does it really work?

Well, yes.

It may sound like magic, but it isn’t.

Using the law of attraction for your success requires high levels of self-discipline, self- awareness, and a passionate desire to succeed. It operates on the law of like-attracts-like.

The concept goes back to the 1900s and was drawn out of the teachings of Phineas Quimby. It has proven to be effective since then and is still popular today. Religious organizations also recognize its power. Christianity, for instance, has a verse in the Bible that states “as a man thinketh, so is he”.

Whatever you focus on, you release your energy into it, the universe then responds with the same energy. It is called the law of attraction. What you give is what you get. If you give negative energy, expect negativity in your life.

The thoughts and attitudes you allow in your mind play a major role in determining how successful you are going to be in achieving your dreams. If you hold negative thoughts, think of failure, and focus on the impossibilities; brace yourself for failure.

5 Straightforward Ways to Make the Law of Attraction Work for You

The biggest responsibility in making this concept work lies with you. The power to achieve what you want depends on your conscious effort to attract it using your mind.

1. Visualize

Whatever it is that you desire, visualize it in your mind.

When you visualize exactly what you want, you make a request to the universe to guide you towards its achievement.

Do not limit yourself, go for what you truly desire. If you desire to make $1,000,000 in the next one year, don’t ask for $100,000. Nothing is unreasonable.

Write that $1,000,000 check and keep it somewhere safe. Believe you are going to use it. Envision yourself checking your account balance and finding that amount, go as far as budgeting for the money.

As you carry out your daily activities work like you are accumulating the million dollars. If the money is to help you set up a business, start looking around for a perfect location.

A quote by Maya Angelou best summarizes this “Ask for what you want and be prepared to get it.”

2. Train Your Thoughts

Your thoughts can be the biggest obstacle to achieving what you desire. There is so much negativity in the world today that it has become a norm.

People jokingly say “I am so stupid, I shouldn’t have done that” after something embarrassing happens. They may not mean it, but it’s still a message sent to the universe. It is bound to come back to them.

Train your mind to think positively and stay away from all kind of negativity, including innocent jokes. The mind is very powerful, and the energy released is real. The thoughts and feelings you hold today, are sure to be manifested as tomorrow’s experiences.

3. Vibrate with Positive Feelings

Focus on creating positive feelings of joy, gratitude, and love within yourself.

Use strong positive affirmations to clear off any negativity from your mind. They can help you eliminate the negative beliefs and destructive self-talk that may have planted negativity in your life over the years.

Practice feeling the emotions you would experience if you received your desires today. Create this feelings in your mind through your thoughts. A perfect visualization of the object of your desire can create these feelings.

For instance, if your desire is to draw love in your life, give love to others and yourself. Create the vibration of love and it’s going to freely flow into your life.

4. Take time to Meditate

Spend some time in meditation every day. Step away from all the hustles of daily life and have some quiet time. It clears your head and gives you the inner peace and clarity you need.

With a clear mind and a quiet soul, it becomes easy to clarify where your passions truly lie and what your goals and desires are.

It enables you to clear all the negativity you may have developed, and reinforce the visualizations you have of your goals.

Sometimes, people get so engrossed in the daily activities that they fail to notice harmful negative thought processes that can draw negative energy. Practice mindfulness meditation. This involves focusing on your present mental processes; your thoughts, sensations, and emotions. It can help you detect any negativity creeping in.

5. Work Hard

When it comes to achieving success in material things, such as acquiring wealth, the law of attraction alone cannot guarantee this. Your mental creation of success has to be accompanied by hard work and dedication.

The law of attraction is not a shortcut to high achievement. You cannot sit around and expect it to work miracles for you. Give your very best efforts, combine it with unwavering faith and a clear picture of what you desire; you are going to be unstoppable.

Finally, mastering the law of attraction can guarantee the achievement of all you want.  Signing up for this course by Sandy Foster will help you learn the ropes, and in the process get you to step up on your journey to success and earning more. Feel the sensations that come with this accomplishment. Visualize your loved ones celebrating with you. Keep this mental images you create with you. As you go about your daily work activities, remember that all your efforts are leading to this great moment.
